About this Brome
Brome Lakeside on Lakeside Circle is our newest kitchen and our first in Macomb County, and it's open every day from 8am, until 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. If you've been looking for halal burgers in Sterling Heights, every protein on our menu is halal-certified and third-party verified.
Brome is a chef-driven burger concept. Order our grass-fed 6 oz patty, or go smash-style with two 3 oz patties seared on the flat-top. Try the Super Smash, the Deluxe or the Mex, or go spicy with Dante's Heaven. The Veganmami is made with an organic vegan patty, and we have a house gluten-free bun with a dedicated fryer for guests who need it. Add fries cut in house, choose from 20 sauces made in house and finish with a hand-spun custard shake.

Our chef-built salads include the Kale Crunch with shaved parmesan, dried cranberry and toasted pine nuts; the Farmer's Market with quinoa, kalamata olives and chèvre; the Citrus Caesar with a creamy citrus dressing; the Chipotle Chop with corn salsa and crispy tortilla strips; and the House.
