Brome Novi is on Grand River Ave and it's designed for speed, with a drive-thru, a walk-up window and counter seating, so you can get your food in whatever way fits your day. If you want halal burgers in Novi, every protein here is halal-certified and verified by a third party. The rest of the menu is made from scratch, like at every Brome.
Brome is a chef-driven burger concept built around a grass-fed 6 oz patty. Prefer it smash-style? Get two 3 oz patties seared thin for a crispy edge. The Super Smash is a signature, mushroom fans should try the Wild Mushroom, and if you like heat, go for Dante's Heaven. If you'd rather have chicken, order the Hot Honey Crispy Chicken or the Crispy Chicken Mex. Every order can include fries cut in house, any of our 20 house-made sauces and a hand-spun custard shake.
Salads are as much a part of Brome as burgers. Our chef-built salads include the Kale Crunch with shaved parmesan, dried cranberry and toasted pine nuts; the Farmer's Market with quinoa, kalamata olives and chèvre; the Citrus Caesar with a creamy citrus dressing; the Chipotle Chop with corn salsa and crispy tortilla strips; and the House. Pair one with a smoothie or an açaí bowl for a lunch that's fresh, filling and fully halal.
Novi has room for different diets, with an organic vegan patty for plant-based guests and a house gluten-free bun with a dedicated fryer. There's also a kids menu and free wifi.
