Is Brome Modern Eatery halal?

Yes. Every protein at Brome is halal-certified and verified by a third party, at every location. Our beef includes Creekstone Farms halal beef, certified by Halal Transactions of Omaha.

What kind of food does Brome serve?

Brome is a chef-driven halal burger concept. We serve burgers on a grass-fed 6 oz patty (or smash-style with two 3 oz patties), chef-built salads, crispy chicken, breakfast at participating locations, hand-spun custard shakes, smoothies, açaí bowls and coffee.

Who founded Brome?

Brome Modern Eatery was founded in Dearborn, Michigan in 2015 by Sam Abbas, with the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Zane Makky.

Where are Brome locations?

Brome has five locations in Metro Detroit: Dearborn West on Michigan Ave, Dearborn East (Brome Café) on Auto Club Dr, Westland on Ford Rd, Novi on Grand River Ave and Sterling Heights on Lakeside Circle. Plymouth and Livonia are coming next.

Does Brome have salads and lighter options?

Yes. Our chef-built salads include the Kale Crunch, Farmer's Market, Citrus Caesar, Chipotle Chop and House, all with house-made dressings. We also serve smoothies and açaí bowls.

Does Brome have gluten-free and vegan options?

Yes. We have a house gluten-free bun with a dedicated fryer, and the Veganmami is made with an organic vegan patty (the vegan patty contains gluten). Please tell your cashier about any allergies.

Can I order Brome online?
